STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION
This typical farmhouse is mentioned in the documents of the Leopold age; it is then probable that the first core of this building belongs to that period and in confirmation of this, there is, in this area, the finding of some ancient coins of the beginning of the nineteenth century. Because of the increasing necessity of labour force, the building was enlarged and in this restructuration of 1908 ( this year is marked on the ceilings’ vault), were added, into the house, the well for waters’ collecting and the oven. The farmhouse is 3 km from the village of Asciano. It offers the availability of the whole structure, with 10 beds, kitchens, wide living-rooms and services. It is also possible to divide the structure into smaller apartments.
